The Gates of St. Anne’s at Shining Hill is a pre-construction collection of 108 executive residences by CountryWide Homes, Regal Crest Homes and Townwood Homes at St. John’s Sideroad and Yonge Street in Aurora. The release includes executive detached homes on 40, 45 and 50 foot lots and contemporary brownstones, with prices advertised from $1.8 million.

Detached homes range from 2,600 to more than 4,900 sq. ft., while brownstones range from 3,170 to more than 4,200 sq. ft. Planned features include genuine stone and brick elevations, 10-foot main-floor ceilings, chef’s kitchens, spa-inspired primary ensuites, private outdoor terraces and refined low-maintenance designs.

Set within the 400-acre Shining Hill master plan, the enclave is adjacent to St. Anne’s School and close to St. Andrew’s College. The community offers access to protected ravines, streams and 6 km of trails, with Aurora GO Station, Highway 404, Downtown Aurora, Upper Canada Mall and Aurora Arboretum nearby.
