This site represents the largest parcel of undeveloped land (312 acres) located on the shores of Georgian Bay in Collingwood, Ontario. Development approvals have already been secured for 430 homes. A new comprehensive master plan has been created for up to 1,200 mid-rise condos in a pedestrian friendly “village” setting.
